Cleanse Yourself

Cleanse Yourself

Purify your spirit in everyday life. Clean up your emotional outlook and become the spiritual person that you have wanted to be. I know it has been a lifetime coming, but it is here. That feeling that you have had in your heart and mind telling you, “There is more out there for me.” That is true, but where you are missing the point is, it is not out there, it is inside. It is inside of you. Nothing, I repeat, nothing out there is going to take you to the spiritual level you want and need to reach. It all comes from inside on you.
When you are feeling emotionally closed, become vulnerable. Open your heart and emotions to allow people to touch you inside. I know a lot of times you feel that you are right or righteous, but that is when you want to stop and think, and then become compassionate instead.
Sometimes your emotions become walled off; this is when you are to open your heart. Become one with your Universe and love all that is in it. Do not become controlling, become cooperative, bridge the gap between you and your problem with someone else, and even your on emotions. Become in contact with the good emotions with in you to cooperate with life.
As it seems, we are raised to be territorial from childhood to adulthood, from the toys that we played with to the possessions, which we acquire as adults. They tell us to “be careful” and not let others get too close to your possessions, for they may take them away from you or hurt you in some way. This is a great way of believing if you DO NOT want to ever achieve the Higher Consciousness of your spiritual being. You are to share your love and possessions with the ones you love and love the ones of this Universe. It is not my adage that you give away everything that you own, but to come to realize that loving your possessions more that you love others will never let you achieve your goal that has been calling from within side of you.
Oh, here is a big one, one I know that you have experienced before. Blaming others for things that seem to happen to you, how many times do we do this one? Matter of fact, how many times A DAY do we do that one? , blaming others for our life journey. You will NEVER get to your level of spiritual ness as long as this is part of your handy-cap. The only way of beating this Ego driven disease is to become self-responsible. Start taking responsibility for your actions and your decision. Stop with the blaming of others for the decisions that you have made.
All of this is so important for you to make that transition from your Ego to your spiritual side. Start today! This will not come over night and you will have to stick with it. I was telling someone just the other day that they must surround themselves with people that they want to be like. You must encircle yourself with what you want to achieve. A spiritual leader does not go to school to learn his/her trade and then not envelop themselves around their calling. They must live the life from which they are destining to live.
Start today, take one-step, and then another. You will achieve this goal if you let your heart open up.

About Me: I will never forget...

I will never forget, for it is the form that I live from today, where I studied at a small technical college when I learned about the Soul. Not from the school itself, but from an instructor I met along the path. This was not specifically religious learning; it presented itself as psychology. There was excitement in every new twist of perspective and a thrill at every new insight. None of it could be proved, and the pragmatic and academic worlds had little interest in what we were doing. It was all based on imagination rather than fact. Yet this learning meant everything to me. It gave me my life work, and it also taught me how to live.
The pursuit of mystical participation in life goes further than the materialistic quest for knowledge. Although mysterious teachings and tales do not offer clear answers, they do take us to a solid place where we can live with considerable wisdom.

Does this sound like you?

Does this sound like you?

So, your Ego does not own you, you say. Take a moment and see if this is a reflection of how your Ego works.
Do you do a lot of self-mention and bring the conversations back to yourself? Why not take the time to draw a person out in a conversation and discover what they thing and feel. However, no, you find yourself using every justification that you can to bring the discussion back to you. You bring everything back to your interest.
Are you a demanding person? A person that barks out demands at people and you make comments at restaurants and order people around as a way of implying that other people are second-rate to you. Giving your orders is a way to make you feel important. You want perfection from your family and co-workers. You never seem to listen to an opposing point of view. You are engrossed with your own concerns and career goals. Contend that everyone take note of your stories and hardly ever are interested in others.
Are you always correcting everyone? Openly pointing out errors in the mistakes of others and exhibiting your advanced knowledge. You like to correct people in their grammatical errors, improper use of the language, factual errors, good manners, memory lapses, and fashion designs. Moreover, you will do this in front of others so that you can look important.
So are you thinking while you should be listening? You find yourself needing to prevail in conservations rather than to converse with others. While others are talking to you, you are arranging your own egotistical response instead of paying attention to what they have to say. You do not react to their emotions and anxiety.
Do you ever build yourself up? You build yourself up at the cost of others. You find yourself using paraphernalia of discussion like, bravery, courage, bragging, and self-interest.
Do you want to get a gift when you give a gift? You do not give unconditionally. You except to get retribution, for the things that you do for others. You want to tell or to be noticed when you give to charities. You love others to know what you do.
What do you say to those that are smaller than you are? How do you treat those that are not as smart as you or someone that does not have the education that you have? On the other hand, you throw your monies around to show how special you are.
Well,.. is any of this you? Let us take this person that we call Jesus. Do you think He would revert to any of these actions listed above? I think not. I do not even care if you believe in this Jesus of ours. Just believe in yourself and believe that you can life out of your Higher Consciousness and not your Ego.
If you live from any of these listed above, then, your Ego lives on.

What you think of me, is none of my business!

Remember the title, “What you think of me, is none of my business.” Terry Cole Whittaker. If you must live from your Ego, then you do just that, but do not assume I will join you. God Bless You.
